Good information, particularly for those of us who sit for a living! I appreciate seeing the exercises demonstrated and explained, and being able to watch the demos over and over as needed.


When I witness a MPT apply his/her p.t. skills I respond with a smile of pleasure. In your
second demo you used the name cris cross...I tend to
refer to it as counter rotation in stand, sit and
supine positions..With the population I serve..I
generally work stand position in the // bars, and
make use of chairs and cots. The elderly population
I work with in skilled nursing facility..are my athletes..with sensitivity to medical parameters.
