I was quite surprised that with the number of qualified PT's in the US who actually teach Pilates and are accomplished PTs in their own right that your company choose this particular person for this series. It is obvious that the woman does not undersatnd the essence of the exercie 'The hunderd' nor has the correct form. The execution of the exercise portion where she is explaining the proper form should not have been done while the woman was performing the exercise and cueing/speaking the 'correct' execution. It is unformtunate that your company did not do a bit more research prior to embarking on this project. I have forwarded the link to my colleagues for comments as well.Perhaps you should havesomeone else in the PIlates industry view these posts prior to their release.
