For the first time in four years, the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) has a new president at the helm. As always, we at ADVANCE were curious as to the new president's goals and priorities for the NATA going forward. We sat down with Jim Thornton, MS, ATC, PES, head athletic trainer and director of sports medicine and athletic training services at Clarion University in Clarion, PA, during a break in the action at the NATA's annual meeting in St. Louis.
