Port Chester Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre Receives 5-Star Rating

PORT CHESTER, NY -- Port Chester Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre, a short-term rehabilitation, subacute care and skilled nursing facility, announced Dec. 12 that it has received a 5-Star rating from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
The 5-Star rating is based on the facility's quality surveys, staff, and commitment to quality measures.
"We are proud to receive this important recognition of quality care," said Darrell Sokol, administrator of Port Chester Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre. "Our dedicated staff works tirelessly to provide the highest level of care possible to each of our residents."
The facility has also announced ongoing facility-wide renovations and the implementation of new programs.
