ProEx Physical Therapy Names Clinic Manager of New Location

MIDDLETON, MA -- ProEx, a physical therapist owned private practice specializing in orthopedics, spine and sports medicine, announced that physical therapist Rob Kaulbach, DPT, OMT, FAAOMPT, has been named clinic manager of the new ProEx Middleton, MA clinic at 215 South Main St. (Route 114).

Kaulbach comes to ProEx with 11 years of experience as a physical therapist. He graduated from Union College in Schenectady, NY with a bachelor of science in psychology and received his master of physical therapy (MSPT) from Simmons College in Boston. He earned his DPT from MGH Institute of Health Professionals.

Kaulbach earned Full Fellow status from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) after completing 2 additional years of specialty training in manual therapy.

The Middleton location opened in July.
