What apps will benefit your patients?

The iPhone, iTouch and iPad, as well as many of the applications designed for them, are becoming more popular and could be ideal for physical therapy professionals seeking to improve their interaction with patients.

Apple Apps can be downloaded to Apple Laptops and IPads as well as your iPhone, IPods and the New Mountain Lion program will make it much easier to use the Apps. Of course, some Apps are only made for the iPad though.

Hey Kathy, I do not believe that apps can be downloaded to laptops or desktops. The apps that we review are specifically designed for smartphones. But it does not have to be an Apple smartphone. For example, apps can be downloaded to Android smartphones as well.

Is there any way to use aps and not use an Apple device. Ie. We only have a lap tops or desktops that are on a microsoft platform
